Dream Bag | Mary Ann Winkowski

If you have a dream of someone who has died, that's a very good indication that person has crossed over or gone into the White Light -- they are where they need to be. Earthbound spirits hardly ever appear in dreams because it's very difficult for them to do so.

But what if you don't remember your dreams? Does this mean you'll miss contact with a deceased loved one?

Everybody dreams, but there can be several reasons you don't think you do, or don't remember your dreams:

  • You may have an earthbound spirit in the room with you, who is blocking your dreams
  • Your loved one may feel it would upset you too much if they visit, so they don't
  • You may be taking a medicine that puts you into a very deep sleep and blocks your memory of your dreams
  • You just plain don't remember your dreams.

Whatever the reason, remembering your dreams is very helpful, enlightening, and healthy. In dreams, you can even talk -- yes talk -- to loved ones who have crossed over. For years I have told people that a little pouch filled with the herb mugwort, placed in your pillowcase, will help you remember your dreams.

So I have put together these "Dream Bags", filled with mugwort, lavender, rose petals, and other natural ingredients, all for use in promoting good sleep and remembering your dreams. In some cases, the dream bag has even worked on the first night, though for most people it takes up to three weeks for noticeable results. Mugwort is in the ragweed family. If you experience allergy problems with your dream bag, here is a tip. Place the dream bag in a sealed bag. It will still be effective and will not bother your allergies.
